Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Easysteps Logistics Packers And Movers. By availing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Easysteps Logistics provides packing, moving, transportation, vehicle transport, and warehousing services. All services are subject to availability, and the specific terms of each service will be confirmed in a written or verbal agreement at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion. Customers are advised to verify all details including moving date, source and destination addresses, and agreed charges before confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are valid for the specific services discussed at the time of estimation.
• Additional charges may apply for extra floors, long carry distances, special items, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move date will receive a full refund of any advance payment. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all items to be moved are declared at the time of booking.
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses.
• Ensure access to both premises is available on the scheduled moving date.
• Pack personal documents, valuables, and irreplaceable items yourself.
• Inform us of any fragile, antique, or high-value items requiring special handling.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable substances, explosives, illegal items, perishable food items, live animals, or any items prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any item at our discretion.

7. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your goods, Easysteps Logistics shall not be held liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from inherent defects in items
• Damage to fragile items not packed by our team
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events
• Loss or damage to items not declared at time of booking

We offer optional transit insurance for comprehensive coverage. Please enquire at the time of booking.

8. Damage Claims

Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained. All claims are subject to investigation, and our liability is limited to the depreciated value of the damaged item.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or road blockages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and shall take effect immediately upon posting.
